That’s why cleaning standards sit at the core of how we operate. Before any cleaner works with us, they are given a clear, structured guide outlining exactly what is expected at every clean. This removes guesswork, ensures consistency, and keeps standards high across every stay.

Specialist properties require specialist training

Many of the properties we manage include features such as hot tubs, saunas, and swimming pools. These aren’t amenities that can be managed properly without training.

Rather than guessing or relying on external contractors for routine tasks, we train our cleaners and on-site staff directly at the property. This ensures they understand how each feature operates and how it should be maintained between guests.

From emptying and refilling hot tubs to balancing chemical levels and resetting systems safely, this approach protects the asset, improves the guest experience, and reduces unnecessary call-outs or downtime.
