All booking income is paid into a secure, protected client account dedicated to your property.

Cleaning costs Paid from the client account as part of normal operations.
Maintenance and call-outs Handled centrally so issues get resolved fast.
Agreed operational expenses Only what’s been approved or agreed in advance.
Our management fee Deducted transparently, with everything itemised.
Result: complete transparency — and you don’t need to pay invoices, chase contractors, or juggle cash flow.

Hands-off monthly financial statements

We operate on a simple, predictable payout structure so you always know where you stand.

Month end cut-off All bookings that check out within a calendar month are included.

Payout date Paid to you on the 10th of the following month.

Clear deductions We deduct our agreed commission plus any pre-approved expenses (cleaning, linen, essentials, maintenance).

Statement + transfer The remaining balance is transferred to you with a clear monthly statement showing performance.
